Stonewall’s Prestige Stallions is the largest stud farm in Florida. The farm is owned and managed by Richard Haisfield. He is the developer of world class Thoroughbred stallions such as Medaglia d’Oro, who sired Champion & Horse of the Year Rachel Alexandra and Leroidesanimaux, who sired Kentucky Derby winner Animal Kingdom. And now Richard is determined to resolve the need for quality thoroughbred blood to be offered to the quarter horse industry by bringing you stallions such as Big Drama and Burning Roma.

At Stonewall, we take pride in the personal attention we give to mare owners who want to breed to champion thoroughbred bloodlines. We also offer breedings to these first class stallions at an affordable cost. Theses stallions have the ability to breed durability, toughness and stamina that can compete with those First Down Dash, Easy Jet and Mr Jess Perry’s in the Quarter Horse industry. We currently have five stallions who have been registered with AQHA to stand to the quarter horse industry and we continually are working on more to become the largest Thoroughbred farm servicing the nation’s Quarter Horse industry.

Big drama

A son of Montbrook out of Riveting Drama by Notebook. Big Drama earned $2,746,060 on the tracked and beat 2 New Track Records. He is an Eclipse Champion and the 2010 Breeders Cup Sprint Winner, clocking faster time at the quarter than 27 of the 49 New Track Records setters currently held at 440 yards in the AQHA history books. Big Drama has sired nearly $5 million in Thoroughbred earnings, including R KINSLEY DOLL, $315,553 and
TRIBAL DRAMA, $211,915.

 

Sun tracer

The son of #1 Turf Sire 5 years running Kitten's Joy ($2,075,291), who has sired over $84 million in progeny earnings. His dam is multiple stakes winner Taxable Deduction by Prized. Suntracer won 4 stakes races, including the Woodchopper Stakes at the Fair Grounds and placed in 10 stakes races, including the American Derby-G2 and the Hawthorne Derby-G3. Suntracer is full of heart and speed. He enter stud in 2016 and his first foal are yearlings of 2018.

 

BURNING ROMA

A son of Rubiano out of While Rome Burns by Overskate. Burning Roma is a 12-times stakes winner earning $1,500,200 on the track. He is already the sire of over $10 Million in Thoroughbred earnings, including Grade 1 winner SHEER DRAMA, $1,691,040 and two-time stakes winner LITTLE DRAMA, $359,299, who are both half-brothers to BIG DRAMA. Tracing back to RAISE A NATIVE, Burning Roma is the perfect cross for DASH FOR CASH, FIRST DOWN DASH and STREAKIN SIX sire lines.

 

Shades of night

A son of the versatile multiple graded stakes winner General Quarters ($1,226,644) and out of Whitepark Bay, a daughter of Leading North American Sire Giant's Causeway.

 

Black Onyx

A son of multiple Grade 1 winner Rock Hard Ten out of Kalahari Cat by Cape Town. Black Onyx won three of his seven lifetime starts, including the 2013 Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati Spiral Stakes-G3 at Turfway Park, banking a total of $418,860. The only son of Rock Hard Ten at stud and he hails from the female family of Desert Stormer, who defeated males in the 1995 Breeders' Cup Sprint-G1. Black Onyx entered stud in 2015. His first young guns are hitting the tracks in 2018.
